Éalú, the Irish word for escape, was chosen by husband and wife, Kallam Moriarty and Clíona Walker when building their company to portray how their chocolates can be more than just a sweet treat. They want to embody pure joy and happiness in everything they create, they want to create a moment of escape through the flavours they have curated, and hand-crafted in their kitchen.
